Xbox Stuff
I am a member of Microsoft's Xbox Community Developer Program (XCDP). This program allows members special access to data feeds for the Xbox Live service.
The links below (and their associated menu items) will take you to some of the projects I have personally been working on. Some will be more useful than others.
- Gamer Info. This application retrieves basic information about a single gamer, such as Gamertag, Gamerscore, and Game information for up to the last 16 games played.
- Gamer Grid. This application retrieves the same information as the Gamer Info application, but allows to the retrieval of any number of Gamertags. Once the information is gathered, a grid is presented comparing all of the Gamers against each other for common games.
- Gamer Presence. This application retrieves 'presence' information for any number of Gamertags on Xbox Live, such as online status, and what game they are currently playing or played last.
If you are already a member of Xbox Live and have suggestions for these applications, please let me know. I am open to any comments about the existing applications, and I'm also open to new ideas for applications.
One last thing. The XCDP is currently closed for new members. Please do not ask me about sharing my access, selling you my access, etc. I am sorry, but I am not interested in or willing to do that. Thank you in advance for respecting my wishes.
